Life Care Planning

In addition to Legal Nurse Consulting Services, we also provide Life Care Plans for a variety of cases. 

A Life Care Plan is a "road map" provided to meet the needs of those with catastrophic injuries or illnesses. 

A Life Care Plan provides a comprehensive, cost effective plan of care for life of the client and/or disability to meet the client's long term and short term needs, to mitigate complications, improve independence, live/function in the least restrictive environment and return to productivity.
